An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Kibble Adoption in the role of Family Placement Supervisor, based at our Community-Based Services Hub in Paisley.

Job Purpose
The Family Placement Supervisor (Adoption) will provide leadership, supervision and professional oversight within Kibble’s Adoption Service. The post holder will be responsible for the effective delivery of adoption services in line with Scottish legislation, regulations, national guidance and best practice, ensuring the welfare and best interests of children remain central at all times.
The role involves direct work with children, adoptive families and prospective adopters within the community and may include lone working. A full driving licence is therefore essential.
Summary
Location: 1 Station Road, Paisley, PA1 2SB
Salary: £47,084.00 – £52,990.00 per annum (SCP 38D – 43D) (inclusive of contractual overtime payment) Salary is dependent on qualifications & experience (effective from April 2026)
Contract Type: Permanent
Position Type: Full-time
Hours: 37 hours per week
